Wellness Supports
The Black Oak Mine Unified School District offers comprehensive wellness support for students within the district. These supports are designed for early identification of mental health and wellness needs which may be served in the school setting.
- Referrals for mental health support may be made through the school site counselor or through accessing this link for a FAST/Wellness Referral.
- Each site is supported by a Certified Wellness Coach and PPS School Counselor and/or a Licensed Mental health Provider. Please contact the site front office for direction to the appropriate provider.
