Mandatory Data Confirmation - Please Complete
Parent Data Confirmation through Aeries Parent Portal (replacing mailed packets)
All families, new and returning, will need to access your Parent Portal Account through Aeries before school starts and complete Data Confirmation. This is a requirement for all students in grades TK-12. Aeries is our student Information system and is the source for our emergency notification system and our general communication platform, ParentSquare.
New this year - Parents who have completed Data Confirmation for the 26-27 school year, will be able to see their student’s assigned teacher (grades TK-6) and class schedules (grades 7-12) early on Friday, August 7th.Returning Families/Have Account - If you already have an Aeries Parent Portal account and ALL your students are linked, you only need to go in and complete Data Confirmation for each of your students. Once you have completed this, your account is updated and you will be able to view class assignments on Friday.
New Families/Returning but No Account - If you are new, or not new but have never activated an Aeries account, or have a new student not in the system, you will be receiving an email notification on August 4th with the necessary information to set up your account. Once this is complete the portal will be open for you to view class assignments on August 7th.
